Mid-Level Label Printer - The DuraLabel 4000

Not everyone needs a heavy-duty label printer.  For small facilities, field offices, and service techs a medium duty label printer gets the job done just fine.  DuraLabel is about your having the right tool for the job, and in some cases the DuraLabel 4000 label printer is the right tool.

DuraLabel 4000 Label Printer
The DuraLabel 4000 is an economical alternative that provides the same features as the heavy-duty DuraLabel PRO printers, but in a lower priced, medium-duty package.

What does "medium-duty" mean?  Label printers are rated based on the number of labels per day they are expected to print. The greater the number of labels printed, the more rugged the printer design.  Other factors also need to be taken into consideration. For example, if a printer will be frequently moved, it needs to have a more rugged design.  However, if a printer will overall be used less, then a more economical design can be used.

A major advantage of the DuraLabel 4000 is that its lower costs makes it easier to place a DuraLabel 4000 in locations that otherwise might not be able to justify having a label printer.  A typical location is a remote field office that does not need a lot of labels.  A DuraLabel 4000 allows needed labels, and signs, to be printed as when they are needed.

I said "and signs" because using tiling the four inch DuraLabel 4000 can print larger signs, such as a 24" x 18" safety sign.  With DuraLabel larger signs are not a problem.

The DuraLabel 4000 comes with the same DuraSuite software as the DuraLabel PRO printers. You get the same extra large symbols library and same templates library, making creating labels and signs fast and easy.  It is an excellent printer for making pipe markers, arc flash labels, RTK labels, OSHA safety signs and more.
